Lead Caregiver – Assisted Living (Growth to Management)
Location: Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia
Schedule: Full-Time | Assisted Living Community
We are hiring a Lead Caregiver for our assisted living community, an experienced caregiver who is ready
to grow into a supervisory or management role.
This position is ideal for someone who loves hands-on care, leads by example, and wants a clear
pathway to leadership while continuing to make a difference in residents’ lives.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
• Support and guide caregiving team members on shift
• Assist with new caregiver onboarding and training
• Ensure care plans are followed and standards are met
• Communicate with management and leadership as needed
• Step in as a shift lead when required
• Assisting with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting)
• Passing medications under the delegation of our RN
• Cooking, prepping, serving, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen and dining areas.
• Engaging with residents through conversation and activities
• Maintaining a professional and compassionate approach in all responsibilities
Qualifications
• Previous assisted living or senior care experience required
• Strong leadership skills with interest in career advancement
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability (weekends/holidays as needed)

- must be fluent in English and have ability to understand documents such as the policy and procedures manual
- must work with other staff toward overall resident care
- must have reliable transportation to the community
- physical demands: required to stand, bend, lift and walk regularly
- available to work every other weekend
