What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide - Assisted Living Facility (1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift) position at Village Care?
Calling all motivated, passionate HHA's who are looking for consistent schedules!
*Full Time - $20/hr*
Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend
7a-3p - 1st Shift
3p - 11pm - 2nd Shift
11p - 7a - 3rd Shift

Some of your responsibilities will include providing personal care services according to the resident's plan of care along with medication assistance. You will complete all resident documentation at the end of each shift in an accurate, concise and legible manner. You will also keep a close eye on the residents and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
We would like to speak to those who have a valid HHA certification in the State of New York and HS Diploma/Equivalent. A strong passion for working with the elderly and patient centered care. Outstanding communication skills and consistency in demeanor and dependability. Prior Assisted Living or similar experience preferred.
