Part-Time DSP Recruiter – ID/DD Services

Are you a self-starter with a heart for service and a knack for connecting the right people to the right roles? Our growing ID/DD program is looking for a Part-Time DSP Recruiter to help us build a dependable float pool and fill permanent Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles across our 10 group homes. This is your chance to make a direct impact by reducing agency dependence and strengthening care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and local boards
• Actively source and screen candidates for a central Float Pool and permanent DSP roles
• Conduct 15–20 interviews weekly to build a robust staffing pipeline
• Coordinate onboarding: background checks, TB tests, CPR/FA, drug screens
• Work closely with the scheduler to place hires in float or permanent slots
• Maintain and update a real-time float pool roster weekly
• Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring and retention goals are met

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (ID/DD preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow

Compensation & Perks

• $22–$25/hour
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Quarterly bonus eligibility up to $1,500 based on performance metrics like:
  • Hires completed
  • 90-day staff retention
  • Float pool coverage
  • Reduction in agency hours
