Our growing ID/DD program is looking for a Part-Time DSP Recruiter to help us build a dependable float pool and fill permanent Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles across our 10 group homes. This is your chance to make a direct impact by reducing agency dependence and strengthening care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed and Bamboo
- Complete phone screens and communicate with HR for next steps
- Actively source and screen candidates
- Send offer letters and new hire packets via Bamboo
- Support onboarding: background checks, TB tests, CPR/FA, drug screens
- Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring and retention goals are met
- Work closely with Office Manager in the recruiting and onboarding process
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (ID/DD preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using tools like Excel, Microsoft Forms, and applicant tracking systems
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow
Compensation & Perks
