Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
Support and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care
Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and staff development
Monitor and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing team members
Assist with audits, surveys, and performance improvement efforts
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (required)
Previous nursing management experience highly preferred
Will consider strong RNs with leadership qualities looking to advance in their nursing career
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
