Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Support a safe and clean environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
