Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
Take and record vital signs
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support a safe and clean environment for residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and reliable with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
