Villa At Parkridge is seeking a Unit Clerk to join their team! The Unit Clerk provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in one unit of a facility, including moving paperwork, writing/preparing reports, reviewing incoming correspondence, conducting research, providing clericals support services, and other duties as assigned.

Unit Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory.
- Reviews patient records for accuracy and completeness.
- Manages discharge documents and other patient-related paperwork.
- Processes heavy phone and email traffic.
- Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Develops and maintains an efficient filing system.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Basic-advanced computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
- Strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and have strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate typing skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years working in a corporate, business, or office environment in a similar role.
- Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, all with or without the aid of mechanical devices is required.
