We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring an efficient checkout process.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform product demonstrations as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and change
- Experience in sales, particularly in wireless, jewelry, or electronics sales is advantageous
