About the Role – Cashier!

At Siempre Natural, our Cashiers are the conductors of service and smiles! If you love being part of a team that delivers on a celebration of flavors and takes pride in delivering a next level customer experience, we want to talk to you. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions at the point of sale. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential. The Cashier is also responsible for the drink stations, dining room, restrooms, bagging items, verifying prices and processing payment transactions, including collecting payments and providing appropriate change. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must be able to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about our tasty menu items and answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Deliver a stellar experience by ensuring accuracy of order intake and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner that stands out.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that reflects pride and respect.
• Effectively resolves customer complaints or concerns aligned to the values of Siempre Natural and/or directs accordingly to management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the best guest and employee experience. We are talking next level!
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to a tee.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen/work area, drink stations, dining room, restrooms, e.g. clean floors, sanitize countertops, and maintain all areas to health code standards.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and account for sales utilizing the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions.
• Will be required to count money daily in the cash drawer at the beginning of each work shift and ensure that an audit is performed at the end of the shift to account for the till.
• When not helping customers, employees are expected to clean and arrange eating and service areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You!

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent but if you don't, please keep reading!
• You have solid math skills and consistently deliver with accuracy.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to make every customer feel heard.
• You have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a stay cool attitude.
• You are looking for flexibility and can work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
