About the Role – Food Server!
At Siempre Natural, our Food Servers are the flavor conductors, the presentation pros, and the behind-the-scenes magicians who bring our fresh, colorful creations to life! Whether you're crafting a smoothie masterpiece, wrapping up a flavor-packed sandwich, or plating a fruit cocktail that looks like art, you're the heartbeat of our culinary experience.
As a Food Server, you’ll prepare a variety of menu items including aguas frescas, smoothies, fruit cocktails, yogurts, salads, sandwiches, soups, and hot items. You’ll set up and sanitize workstations, prep ingredients, and ensure every dish is served with flair and freshness. You’ll also collaborate with the team to keep the kitchen humming and the guests smiling. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Set up and sanitize your workstation and equipment like a true culinary artist.
- Prepare ingredients for all menu items including salads, smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and more.
- Wash, peel, chop, and mix ingredients with precision and care.
- Assemble/cook food items according to our recipes and standards. Result = Magnifique!
- Serve meals with presentation that sparks anticipation and delight.
- Set up, label, stock, organize and transfer supplies and ingredients for easy access and efficiency.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas—front and back of house, including dishes, utensils, and trays, e.g. wash trays and cooking equipment, clean floors, sanitize countertops, sanitize cutting boards, and maintain all areas to health code standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by making sure all waste is removed and the surfaces are sanitized at the end of the work shift and/or day. Start fresh and end fresh!
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to a tee.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver next-level guest and employee experiences.
- While your role has defined responsibilities, you’ll assist across departments when needed to support team success. Flexibility and collaboration keep our team thriving.

About You!
- You love fresh flavors, doing the right thing, being part of a thriving team, and giving back to the community.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent but if you don’t, please keep reading!
- You have previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
- You’re organized, efficient, and passionate about making food look and taste amazing. Hello, Picasso!
- You have an eye for detail and can follow recipes and custom orders like a pro.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to make every customer feel heard.
- You have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a stay cool attitude.
- You are looking for flexibility and can work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
