Door Knocker / Field Marketing – Viking Tree & Stump
Join Viking Tree & Stump as a Door Knocker and help generate work directly from our active job sites. You’ll be out in the field talking to homeowners, offering free estimates, and creating opportunities for the crew in real time.
If you’re outgoing, motivated, and not afraid to talk to people, this can turn into great money.
Our equipment yard is located in Shelby Township near Jimmy John’s Stadium.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work around active job sites where crews are performing tree work
- Knock on nearby doors offering free tree service estimates
- Collect homeowner information and enter it into Jobber
- Set up quotes for Todd, Harold, or crew members to follow up
- Hand out door hangers in surrounding neighborhoods
- Place yard signs in high visibility areas
- Help with light cleanup when needed
Schedule Options
- Meet at the yard in the morning and ride with the crew
- Or meet directly at the job site and drive your own vehicle
- Flexible schedule based on availability
Pay
- $15 per hour base pay
- $25 bonus for every estimate that turns into a completed job

What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to homeowners
- Self motivated and able to keep moving all day
- Reliable and on time
- Able to use a phone to enter leads into Jobber
- Willing to help with light cleanup if needed
- Must have reliable transportation if not riding with crew
