Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and grow sales territory by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing new business.
- Develop creative strategies to gain access to surgeons and key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of multiple product lines, including quick mastery of technical details through self-directed learning.
- Handle sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with a focus on value and clinical benefits.
- Collaborate with team members on shared initiatives while operating autonomously in day-to-day activities.
- Travel 3-4 times per year for training, conferences, or key client meetings.
- Track and report sales activities using Microsoft tools and adapt to various software platforms as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
