Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, located in Newport Beach, CA. The agent will focus on managing real estate transactions, conducting property tours, and assisting clients in the acquisition, sale, or leasing of commercial properties. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analyses, preparing property listings, and working closely with the team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices and principles
- Active Real Estate License
- Skills in Sales and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market analysis, property listings, and transaction coordination
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Newport Beach, CA, market is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
