Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.
· Review all paperwork, including manifests and routing tickets, for completion and accuracy.
· Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies.
· Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region.
· Resolve customer service and delivery issues in coordination with other departments.
· Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.
· Analyze and report on operational activities, such as service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, and fuel.
· Develop and implement standard practices and efficiency in collaboration with the General Manager.
· Administer fleet DOT administration, including logbooks & record maintenance.
· Review and approve time for payroll processing and time off request forms based on operational necessity.
· Coordinate safety training and initiatives with Safety & HR departments.
· Conduct periodic performance reviews and contribute to employee development.
· Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment.
· Operate a variety of company vehicles.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
