- Deliver high‑quality customer support for inquiries related to loan accounts, ensuring confidentiality, privacy, and security throughout every interaction.
- Act as a liaison between borrowers, internal teams, and third parties to respond to questions, provide status updates, request documentation, and support the borrower experience through final closing.
- Prepare, review, and process loan documents for new, renewed, and modified loans, with a focus on residential mortgage transactions.
- Understand and prepare all required loan disclosures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in accordance with regulatory timeframes and approved delivery methods.
- Manage assigned loan pipelines, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines and accommodate fluctuating volumes.
- Obtain, review, and maintain required due diligence documentation, including title work, appraisals, insurance, payoffs, employment verifications, tax transcripts, and other supporting materials.
- Establish and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date loan files and records to support regulatory compliance, audits, and internal reporting.
- Upload loans to the core system and initiate loan tickler systems to track critical servicing items and required documentation.
- Provide ongoing loan servicing support, including loan fundings, construction disbursements, account maintenance, payment processing assistance, and post‑closing requirements.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support related to escrow accounts, loan payments, disbursements, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and balance.
- Develop proficiency in the bank’s core operating system and related applications, with a proactive mindset toward system enhancements and process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support lending and loan servicing operations.
