Job Summary
Seeking a Senior NetSuite & Business Systems Software Engineer with 8 years of experience to lead the development, administration, and optimization of NetSuite and enterprise business systems. This role will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, automate business processes, develop integrations, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support NetSuite solutions for O2C, P2P, Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, and Finance.
- Develop customizations using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
- Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, MuleSoft, and REST APIs.
- Optimize system performance, automate processes, and support upgrades.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve workflows and system efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of NetSuite development, administration, and solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, SuiteQL, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, OneWorld, and SOX compliance.
- Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise applications.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, MuleSoft, Advanced PDF/HTML templates, process automation, and cross-functional leadership
