We are a state farm agency in the suburbs of Chicago. We're in the market for a fully remote Life Insurance Producer to close warm inbound opportunities via live transfers. Below is a short breakdown on pay, requirements, and responsibilities associated with the position.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year Uncapped Commission - The structure is based on issued first-year premium
- Expected 1st Year OTE: $80,000–$120,000. Based on Target production of $12k–$20k/month issued, with progressively higher payouts for anything issued over $20k /month.
Requirements:
- MUST have an active life insurance license for the state of (IL)
- MUST have the ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Work live inbound transfers, form fills, and internal cross sale referrals from the agents current (P&C) book of business
- Showcase a professional and consistent follow up process
- Maintain clean submissions for underwriting quality
- Exceed $12k/month issued premium
