POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business growth. In this role, you will build relationships with service-based businesses, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate the value of VIIRL’s services and product offerings. The ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic and solutions-oriented sales professional who can quickly learn our business, identify opportunities, build trust with prospective clients, and turn those opportunities into lasting client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, identify revenue opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong client relationships, providing solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of VIIRL’s products, services, pricing, and value proposition
- Partner with internal teams, including paid search, creative, operations, and design, to develop cohesive marketing strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and launches
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven sales experience with a track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to address client concerns and communicate effective solutions
- Experience with digital advertising products and marketing channels, such as Yelp, eLocal, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Local Services Ads (LSA), is a plus
- Experience in the home services or service-based industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding sales goals
