Project: Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Modernization Initiative

Position Summary : - The MES Core Platform Development Team Member will serve as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team supporting the modernization of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). This role contributes to the design, development, testing, implementation, and integration of key MES components, including the MES Integration Hub, Enterprise Data Services, and critical interfaces across the ecosystem.

The contractor will collaborate closely with architects, developers, analysts, and cloud engineers to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing MES platform services in alignment with the modular architecture roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working in agile software development teams.
• Strong proficiency in technical tools relevant to the role, including:
• AWS Services: Glue, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.
• Languages: JavaScript and Python.
• Databases/Platforms: MarkLogic (or similar NoSQL/document DB experience).
• DevOps/Automation: CI/CD pipelines, IaC.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence.
• Medicaid Exp
• Ability to work with architectural modeling and data modeling tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or government IT projects.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale cloud platform modernization.
