Role Description
Vigilantics is seeking an experienced Education Strategy Consultant for a short-term contract opportunity. This role will support the development and refinement of education and engagement strategies across early learning through K-12 systems.
The consultant will lead strategic planning efforts, support stakeholder engagement activities, and contribute to the development of structured, implementation-ready guidance and frameworks. This role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in education strategy, program design, or framework development
- Strong understanding of early childhood and/or K-12 education systems
- Experience working with public sector or large-scale education initiatives
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement and synthesize input into actionable outputs
- Strong writing, research, and document development capabilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Public Policy, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
