This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely packing, shipping, and receiving of materials, parts, and products.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Packaging
- Accurately pack and prepare outgoing orders in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Perform thorough final inspections of all outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and condition
- Create shipping labels and complete all necessary documentation for shipments
- Organize daily shipments for timely carrier pickup and maintain clear tracking records
- Ensure packaging methods are secure, consistent, and optimized for safe transit
- Maintain clean and organized shipping areas and supplies
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Carrier selection / vendor relations
- Cross-functional engagement
- Packaging evolution
- Process improvement
- Supervision of activity
Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, damage, and quality
- Log and label incoming goods and communicate discrepancies as needed
- Route materials efficiently to appropriate departments or storage areas
- Unpack, sort, and organize products and materials for inventory or production use
Inventory & Process Support
- Update internal systems with shipment and receiving details
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and support inventory counts
- Assist with general warehouse and organization tasks to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping software and label generation tools
- Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and packaging in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and stay organized
