Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
- Verify shipping documentation, labels, and materials for accuracy and compliance
- Organize and store materials in designated areas
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Computer and data entry skills in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Schedule & Flexibility
- Up to 30 hours per week
- Hours may vary based on business needs
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed is preferred
