- The stakes are high. Clients are often at their lowest point. You must possess the emotional resilience to support them while maintaining the professional boundaries required to do your job effectively.
- We are a Seattle-based firm. You must be willing to meet clients at our home base in Seattle and drive to our satellite offices in the metro area.
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (base plus performance pay; commensurate with experience).
- Performance Incentives: We provide a structured incentive plan based on the successful enrollment of new clients and supporting their relationship with the firm. When the firm grows, you benefit directly.
