Compensation: $90,000 -$165,000 commensurate with experience and billing commitments.

$90,000 - $165,000 yearly DOE

• Client Advocacy & Service: Guide clients through divorces, custody disputes, child support, parenting plans, and modification matters with empathy, clarity, and authoritative strategy.

• Courtroom & In-Person Representation: Make regular, in-person court appearances, hearings, trials, and mediations across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.

• Case Strategy & Execution: Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; oversee case progression from initial strategy through final resolution.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive, transparent, and responsive communication to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with our experienced paralegals, legal assistants, and firm management to keep cases moving efficiently.

• Experience: 3 years of dedicated, hands-on family law experience in Washington State.

• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).

• Location & Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel for in-person court appearances, mediations, and client meetings in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.

• Attitude & Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving. You bring solutions, not just problems, to the table.

• Emotional Intelligence: Strong self-awareness, personal boundaries, and mental resilience to manage the emotional dynamics of family law without taking the stress home.

• Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you treat clients with respect and clear expectations while keeping them grounded.

We're a Seattle-based firm with a satellite office in Everett, serving clients across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. We handle family law, estate planning, probate, guardianships, and business and employment matters. Clients are typically navigating significant life transitions and are willing to invest in doing it right.
