We are looking for a few great individuals to join our family of healthcare professionals. View Ridge Care Center is one of the last privately owned and operated skilled nursing communities around. We are a small facility with a mix of rehab and long term care residents. The employees are VRCC are spectacular and work as a team of friends. There is also a dynamic food department and a fabulous and fun life enrichment department.

We are currently reviewing CNA applicants, and scheduling interviews. We are always excited to hire new CNAs and provide a kind and educational environment for your first job. We also offer reimbursement for your CNA class! And if you are pursuing your career in a healthcare related field we offer tuition reimbursement as well.

We are looking to hire CNA or NAR's for our day shift (6am-2pm), and evening shift (2pm to 10pm), and night shift (10pm-6am). We are happy to accommodate flexible schedules for our CNA/NARs or job sharing and are hiring for Full-time, Part-time, double shifts, weekend only and On-call CNA/NAR positions. We are always willing to accommodate students!

An applicant must have a current CNA/NAR license, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We are also working with local schools as a facility for NARs to complete their 50 hours of training. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview, we also reimburse for the CNA class if we are your first employer after you have completed the class. We also reimburse annually for the cost of your license and offer many other benefits such as CPR classes and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support across day, evening, and night shifts.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for effective patient service and communication.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care quality.
• Engage with patients, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
