What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at VieMed?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise all day-to-day operations in warehouse
- Work with Accounting to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
- Reconciles inventory related invoices according to company controls.
- Assists with scheduled physical inventory cycle counts at LAF
- Supervise shipping, receiving and movement of assets.
- Assures receiving & shipping is completed following policy and procedure.
- Manages companies logistics including daily routing and on call rotations.
- Participates in on call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations
- Intermediate understanding of warehousing operations
- Intermediate supervisory experience 10-30 employees
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & have ERP experience (Bonafide preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands
- Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office
- Operation of office equipment and computer
- Lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
