We are seeking dependable and patient-focused Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT/RT) or Registered Nurses (RN) to provide in-home respiratory and medical equipment support throughout Henderson, NC, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to evaluate patients' respiratory therapy and medical equipment needs.
• Set up and troubleshoot respiratory and home medical equipment such as oxygen therapy systems, CPAP/BiPAP devices, ventilators, and other related devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use, maintenance, cleaning, safety procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and adherence to therapy.
• Ensure optimal equipment function, monitor therapy compliance, and promote patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate regularly with the clinical team regarding patient progress, concerns, and clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with healthcare policies and industry standards.
• Provide a professional, compassionate presence in patients’ homes, fostering trust and confidence.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Active North Carolina licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT/RT) or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to educate patients effectively.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage field-based priorities, and adapt to varied patient needs.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in home respiratory care or HME/DME settings.
• Familiarity with oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilator management.
• At least 1 year of related clinical experience.
• Comfort working in patients’ homes, including occasional lifting and equipment transport.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Ability to lift and transport patient equipment as needed.
• Frequent standing, walking, and driving between patient locations.
• Close vision capabilities for reading device screens and documentation.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, including respiratory protection and N95 fit testing.
