Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with demonstrated proficiency in endoscopy procedures.
- Proven ability to manage 1:1 patient ratios during endoscopic procedures.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
Nice to Have Skills:
- PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient endoscopy facility.
- Familiarity with sedation and anesthesia monitoring.
- Experience using endoscopy-specific equipment and electronic health records.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, including endoscopy.
- Prior experience in PACU or similar high-acuity environments is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM on a 3x12 schedule.
- Ability to travel to various parking options, including guaranteed parking at OSUWMC visitor garages, shuttle options, or nearby lots with transportation.
- Must obtain any additional certifications or training required by the facility.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $62.47 along with competitive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, and generous referral bonuses.
