- Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis.
- Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment.
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 2 to 3 training sessions per day.
Required:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
Preferred:
- Home health or chronic care experience
