Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ITSM Change Manager role located in Chicago, IL/Pittsburgh PA. The role involves managing and coordinating the entire change management lifecycle process in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing change management protocols, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The Change Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate business transformation initiatives and drive continual improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and recommend improvements
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management to foster collaboration and ensure alignment
- Experience in Program Management to oversee and execute complex projects effectively
- Knowledge and involvement in Business Transformation initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of ITIL processes, with ITIL certification considered a plus
