Boudreaux's New Drug Store will serve the patient-physician need by preparing CUSTOM FORMULATIONS. Upon physician request, medications will be prepared according to the patient's demographic and specific etiological requirements.

Areas of focus in pharmaceutical care will include but are not limited to, medication problem-solving, customized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, diabetes (shoe program), wound care, pain management, nutraceutical support, drug regimen reviews, and medication case management.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring products are handled with care and reach their destinations without delay.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update warehouse management systems accordingly.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Skills:

The required skills such as basic math, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety protocols are essential for daily tasks like inventory handling and equipment operation. Preferred skills like forklift operation and familiarity with warehouse management systems enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing stock and processing orders. Strong organizational skills help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, which supports smooth workflow and reduces errors. Communication skills are vital for coordinating with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and resolve issues promptly. Together, these skills ensure that the warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
