Key Responsibilities: * Lead Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management for Oracle Taleo TEE.
- Troubleshoot Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, agents, and user access issues.
- Administer configuration changes for Career Sections, eOffer, Correspondence Templates, and Organization, Location, and Field (OLF) structures.
- Manage integrations with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), Background Check providers, Assessment vendors, and Job Boards.
- Oversee Quarterly Patch Releases, including Regression Testing and Release Notes Analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement via Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring and Performance Dashboards.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR Talent Acquisition, IT Security, and Oracle Support.
- Deep understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding business processes.
- Proven experience in Middleware and System Integration (SSO, Web Services).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Methodologies for support operations.
- Ability to manage Role-Based Security and Data Privacy audits.
- Oracle Taleo Certified Implementation Specialist credential.
- Expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base articles.
