The Senior IBM OMS Solution Architect will define the end-to-end architecture for large-scale retail projects. This role involves designing complex integration strategies with ERP, WMS, and CRM platforms while leading the implementation of IBM OMS modules. You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern end-to-end IBM OMS architecture including DOM, SIP, and Reverse Logistics.
- Design integration strategies for E-commerce, Payment, and Logistics platforms.
- Lead the implementation of pipelines, inventory management, and order routing.
- Mentor development teams and establish CI/CD and DevOps governance.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and present technical roadmaps to senior leadership.
- Manage project delivery from detailed design through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release.
Essential Skills:
- 13 years of IT experience with at least 10 years specializing in IBM OMS Architecture.
- Expertise in Nextgen Call Center, Store Order Management, and OMoC 2.0.
- Hands-on customization of Java, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Deep understanding of Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Transfer Order flows.
- Proven track record in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) implementations.
- Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Desirable Skills:
- IBM OMS Professional Certification.
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Messaging (Kafka, MQ).
- Knowledge of Observability tools (ELK stack) and performance tuning.
