Key Responsibilities – Recruitment, Onboarding, And People Support
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process: posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new starters, including preparation of welcome materials, coordination of induction activities, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications, helping to plan and deliver team events, recognition initiatives, and wellbeing campaigns.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Assist with basic people analytics and reporting tasks, such as collating headcount data, preparing simple charts, and summarizing feedback from surveys.
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including diary management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking where required.
- Contribute to small projects that improve people processes and the employee experience, bringing fresh ideas and a willingness to learn.
- Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, inclusive approach to interacting with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organiZational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn HRIS tools and basic reporting techniques.
- Respectful of confidentiality and data protection principles; demonstrates integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an ability to work independently under guidance from the People & Culture team.
- Fixed-term paid internship for the period May 11th – July 3rd, with a supportive team and structured learning objectives.
