Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end design concepts and craft compelling narratives that set the tone for each project.
- Source and specify high-end FF&E, designing custom pieces that elevate the overall experience.
- Work across a range of scales, from intimate custom homes to hotel and amenity spaces.
- Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to bring designs seamlessly through execution.
- Lead and mentor junior designers.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 8 years of professional experience in high-end custom homes
- Deep expertise in sourcing luxury FF&E and designing custom furniture/pieces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, hand-sketching skills a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
