This is a full-time position based in New York City with a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual design, competitions, and early project phases
- Develop design ideas through diagrams, models, and visual presentations
- Collaborate closely with project teams to translate concepts into architectural proposals
- Produce presentation materials, renderings, and design documentation
- Participate in internal design reviews and collaborative studio discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent professional degree
- 5 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong conceptual and design skills with a portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking
- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino required
- Registered Architect (RA) and/or LEED AP preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a design-driven environment
