Consumer Electronics Salesperson
Location: 7755 N Division St, Spokane, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Commission= 25% of Gross Profit Plus bonus opportunities based on rank or Base Pay - (whichever is greater each pay period)
We are seeking a genuine, positive, and determined Salesperson to join our team.
In this position, you will educate customers on the latest technology in TVs and Home Audio to figure out which product is right for them based on proper discovery of their scenario.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people with patience and fun, stays current on new technology trends, motivated by sales goals, and strives to earn customer referrals because of the amazing buying experience!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience by Listening
- Assist customers in selecting electronics and technology products that fit their needs and budget
- Demonstrate product features, performance, and benefit
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Recommend accessories and complementary products for the complete experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Stay informed on current technology trends, promotions, and new product releases
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in consumer electronics and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable learning technical product information
- Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
