You will be responsible for managing rental agreements, checking and out of gear, building packages, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Building Camera and lighting packages
- Maintain accurate inventory control and management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate terms with clients
- Perform data entry tasks related to rental transactions
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers
- Rental Works Software experience a must
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a camera rental house a must
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in Rental Works Software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience in inventory management and control processes
- Camera, Lighting and production experience.
- Administrative experience is a plus
