Job Title: Senior Finance Director
Compensation: $160- $195 Annually
Summary: The Senior Director of Accounting & Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including but not limited to , Monthly Closings, Daily Transaction Details impacting the financial result, reporting on revenue, monthly financials, financial audits, bank audits, licensing audits, budgeting, cash flow, i.e. collecting and disbursing funds, managing risk, implementing policies, preparing and filing tax documents, creating financial reports, and improving financial processes both systematically and procedurally. Learn the financing dynamics of this business. Specific focus on Inventory Exposure, cost control, customer dilution work with key team members.

Technical/Professional Attributes/Experience
- Degreed Accountant w/ CPA, MBA or master’s in accounting, required
- Three or more years in a public accounting firm (nationally recognized firm strongly preferred but not required)
- Total of at least 10 to 15 years career experience either all in Public Accounting or a mix w/ Private Industry, and should be a proven leader and strong supervisor/manager if all public; or, if a mix of public and private, should have ascended to a mid-management level role in private industry
- Experience working in or involvement with a Consumer Products business, preferably in a fashion-conscious business
- Understanding, working knowledge, and experience in a branding business preferrable but not mandatory
- Understanding and exposure to Financing, specifically Asset Based Loans with financial covenants.
- Working knowledge and awareness of supply chain and selling side of the business - i.e. operations exposure in all aspects, purchasing, selling, importing.
- Strong but not expert IT knowledge including exposure to larger ERP systems.
- High level of integrity - must be the most trusted person in the entire company
- Leadership qualities and ability to lead by example not just by words. Actions are key. Positive and encouraging leader who can motivate in today’s environment and within the Vida Corp culture
