You will be responsible for processing a high volume of benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates across multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy between our HRIS, payroll, and carrier platforms.
This is a non-client-facing role focused on execution and data integrity, working closely with our internal Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, including one mandatory in-office day per week to support collaboration, training, and team alignment, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.

What You'll Do
- Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes across multiple carrier systems
- Manage a high-volume workflow (800 transactions per month across all clients)
- Ensure accuracy between isolved, payroll deductions, and carrier data
- Research and resolve discrepancies such as eligibility mismatches and deduction issues
- Handle insurance card requests and eligibility verifications
- Maintain audit logs and documentation for compliance purposes
- Support Open Enrollment testing and data validation
- Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team during a phased transition to centralized processing

- $24.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
