This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Benefits Specialist, with the position based in Colorado Springs, CO and opportunities for partial remote work. The Employee Benefits Specialist will manage and administer employee benefits programs, serve as a key resource for customer service inquiries, and act as a liaison between clients and the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires building and maintaining client relationships, providing guidance on insurance products, and delivering exceptional account management services.
