Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
We are an established executive recruiting firm seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain professional office experience in a fast-paced business environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Assist with administrative and office support tasks
- Enter and maintain data in company systems
- Learn and utilize software platforms such as Salesforce and other recruiting tools
- Run occasional local errands as needed
- Support recruiters and management with special projects
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
