Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and tech-savvy Creative Digital & Web Innovation Specialist to lead our digital presence, social media, and web initiatives. This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and digital marketing, and who loves bringing ideas to life online.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, optimizing content for engagement and reach.
· Create visually compelling graphics and digital assets using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Apply front-end development skills (WordPress, HTML, CSS, React, Python) to maintain and enhance our web presence.
· Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
· Evaluate campaign performance and use analytics to improve results.
· Communicate effectively, write clearly, and bring energy and initiative to every project.
· Travel as needed to support marketing events, loyalty events, and company-paid training sessions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Expertise in social media strategy and content creation.
· Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
· Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, WordPress, React, and Python.
· Highly tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and implement solutions.
· Exceptional communication and writing skills, with strong attention to detail (spelling, grammar, and messaging).
· Creative thinker with a proactive, energetic approach to challenges.
· Willingness to travel as required for marketing and training initiatives.
Education and Experience:
· Two to four years of related experience preferred.
· Travel required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
