Position Overview
Track Officials are responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-energy racing experience for all guests. This role plays a key part in track operations, including safety enforcement, race flow, guest interaction, and maintaining a clean, race-ready environment. Reliability, awareness, and attitude will matter most in this role. This role is critical to both safety and guest experience. Every race depends on you.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Track Operations
- Monitor races and enforce all safety rules at all times
- Properly flag and control races to maintain safe conditions
- Ensure all guests are properly fitted in their karts and safely secured with helmets and seatbelts before racing
- Prioritize safety while maintaining efficient race flow
Guest Experience
- Create a fun, organized, and positive racing environment
- Keep races running on time and operating smoothly
- Direct guests clearly on where they need to be and when
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth track operations and efficiency
- Relay important updates about guests, races, and equipment between shifts
- Report any issues with karts, track conditions, or software to management
Facility & Track Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the track and surrounding areas
- Perform daily and nightly cleaning tasks
- Assist with minor repairs, including track barriers
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for operation
Events & Race Management
- Understand and execute race formats for events and leagues
- Assist with event flow to ensure a smooth and professional experience

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (expect weekend and night rotations)
- Pay: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Environment: Fast-paced, team-driven, and high-energy
