You’ll manage the flow of customer vehicles, provide basic cleaning services, and respond to customer requests with an aim toward customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Move customer vehicles and manage vehicle flow within all areas of the auto group grounds.
- Collaborate with the service advisors to perform assigned duties and ensure dealership standards are upheld
- Assist in keeping lot organized and vehicles presentable
- Pickup or Deliver cars to other dealerships for Dealer Exchanges if needed
- Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude
- Assist the Accounting Department in weekly Bank and DMV runs if needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
