We’re expanding a high-performing retail sales team delivering face-to-face customer acquisition in busy retail environments. As a Salesperson, you’ll represent leading telecommunications brands (home internet, mobile, and TV services) and help customers choose the right solutions through consultative selling.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in retail sales, customer service, or direct sales who is ready to grow into a leadership-focused role while maintaining a strong personal sales performance.

Role Overview

This is a frontline Salesperson role with leadership development. You will actively sell while supporting and guiding a team of Sales Representatives and Event Assistants in a retail pop-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs in a retail setting
• Engage customers through face-to-face sales and customer acquisition
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product recommendations
• Support coaching and development of junior sales staff and team members
• Track daily sales performance metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Assist with retail pop-up setup, merchandising, and campaign execution
• Handle customer objections, negotiations, and closing sales
• Maintain high standards in customer service, compliance, and brand representation
