Duties
- Execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards using the Abeka Books Curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong home-school connections.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to safeguard children’s well-being at all times.
- Oversee daily childcare routines such as toddler care activities, potty training support, and age-appropriate play to promote healthy development.
- Collaborate with colleagues via, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience.
- Prior experience communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required.

- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment that supports child welfare.
