Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Embraer 145 aircraft, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends, evenings, and on-call assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications on Embraer 145 aircraft systems and components
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and comply with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely aircraft availability
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance events and operational needs as required
Qualifications:
- Valid A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) license required
- Proven experience working on Embraer 145 aircraft
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across aircraft systems
- Solid understanding of aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work overtime or be on-call as operational needs dictate
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hangars and outdoor settings
- Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
