POSITION SUMMARY: This position installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, electrical systems throughout the facility and more.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (the following is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties):

• Interpret and use electrical schematics, drawings, blueprints, manuals, power tools, hand tools, measuring and testing equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot, work with and repair motors, motor starters, contactors, relays, distribution and panel wiring of AC and      DC (low and high volt) up to 480 volts and use electrical test equipment

• Using A/C & D/C power, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Machine trouble shooting and repair

• Maintain CNC equipment

• Experience with troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, circuits, PLCs, etc.

• Will use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including standard inspections, repair and replace defective parts, lubricate parts, and repair electrical equipment.

• Following all safety and environmental rules and regulations

• Utilize company’s lock out tag out program

• Maintain building lighting, electrical, plumbing and structure

• Repair and maintain all production equipment

• Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes in a timely manner.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• A minimum of one year in a similar role

• 24-hour HazMat training

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Should have basic tools

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in a high noise environment
