What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Victory Accounting Services, Inc.?
Immediate opening for Accounts Receivable specialist with accurate data entry skills and high level of customer service experience for a very busy HOA accounting office. The ideal candidate for this position will pay extreme attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.
This is a Full Time In-Office position.
The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
This position requires accounts receivable experience, knowledge of computers, attention to detail, proficiency in Word and Excel, and a high level of customer service. Applicant must be self-motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment. This position includes, but is not limited to, posting accounts receivable, researching payments, administrative work, preparing late notices, answering customer calls and responding to questions, accepting customer payments in person, emails, data entry, mailings, scanning documents, and filing. Must be a fast learner. Must be a multi-tasker. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office and have experience writing professional emails.
Requirements:
- Accounts receivable experience required
- Associate's Degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of HOA and Condominium Associations is helpful and preferred
- Enumerate Software experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- HOA accounting experience a plus
